Upon completing our 100-hour online course, participants can seamlessly transition to our Yoga Academy in Nepal for the 200-hour course, solidifying their journey toward becoming certified yoga instructors. Class Structure & Scheduling

  • Online Classes: Individual and group classes will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection throughout the online course. Students must attend all live classes, complete 90% of the course curriculum, and pass their final exam to earn certification.
