Dr Chintamani looks after each person individually, pushes you to your limits and teaches you to reach your full potential and how to achieve perfect asanas. The guided meditation daily lets you completely disconnect from the world! If you are looking for complete relaxation and tranquility with beautiful surroundings I would highly recommend it.
