Course Info

Our 100-hour online yoga teacher training course is a transformative journey designed to empower new and experienced yoga practitioners with the knowledge and skills to become certified instructors eventually. Participants will enjoy the flexibility of online learning, allowing them to study at their own pace from anywhere in the world. Students will receive personalized guidance from our experienced instructors and have the opportunity to deepen their practice while learning foundational and modern techniques to guide others on their yoga journey. After completing the 100-hour online course, students will be eligible to complete our 200-hour course at our Yoga Academy in Nepal. Upon completion of the entire program, participants will meet the standard requirements set by the US Yoga Alliance for RYT certification, which can provide teaching opportunities in the field of yoga.

Once our online participants complete their 100-hour yoga training, they may choose to complete the remaining hours at our Yoga Academy in Nepal to earn a 200, 300, or 500-hour YTT global certification.

Class Structure & Scheduling

  • Online Classes: Individual and group classes will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection throughout the online course. Students must attend all live classes, complete 90% of the course curriculum, and pass their final exam to earn certification.
  • Flexibility: Our online yoga course allows participants to create a schedule that conveniently aligns with their individual needs and commitments. Let us know your schedule requirements, and we will try our best to accommodate them.
